Surah Hud (11:17) Quran.com
So is one who [stands] upon a clear evidence from his Lord [like the aforementioned]? And a witness from Him follows it, and before it was the Scripture of Moses to lead and as mercy. Those [believers in the former revelations] believe in the Qur'an. But whoever disbelieves in it from the [various] factions - the Fire is his promised destination. So be not in doubt about it. Indeed, it is the truth from your Lord, but most of the people do not believe. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Qamar (54:46) Quran.com
But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. (Sahih International)
Surah Ta-Ha (20:87) Quran.com
They said, "We did not break our promise to you by our will, but we were made to carry burdens from the ornaments of the people [of Pharaoh], so we threw them [into the fire], and thus did the Samiri throw." (Sahih International)

Surah Al-Kahf (18:59) Quran.com
And those cities - We destroyed them when they wronged, and We made for their destruction an appointed time. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Kahf (18:58) Quran.com
And your Lord is the Forgiving, full of mercy. If He were to impose blame upon them for what they earned, He would have hastened for them the punishment. Rather, for them is an appointment from which they will never find an escape. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Hijr (15:43) Quran.com
And indeed, Hell is the promised place for them all. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Kahf (18:48) Quran.com
And they will be presented before your Lord in rows, [and He will say], "You have certainly come to Us just as We created you the first time. But you claimed that We would never make for you an appointment." (Sahih International)
Surah Hud (11:81) Quran.com
The angels said, "O Lot, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you. So set out with your family during a portion of the night and let not any among you look back - except your wife; indeed, she will be struck by that which strikes them. Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?" (Sahih International)
Surah Ta-Ha (20:97) Quran.com
[Moses] said, "Then go. And indeed, it is [decreed] for you in [this] life to say, 'No contact.' And indeed, you have an appointment [in the Hereafter] you will not fail to keep. And look at your 'god' to which you remained devoted. We will surely burn it and blow it into the sea with a blast. (Sahih International)
Surah Ta-Ha (20:86) Quran.com
So Moses returned to his people, angry and grieved. He said, "O my people, did your Lord not make you a good promise? Then, was the time [of its fulfillment] too long for you, or did you wish that wrath from your Lord descend upon you, so you broke your promise [of obedience] to me?" (Sahih International)
Surah Ta-Ha (20:58) Quran.com
This is the end of the list. مَّوْعِد was only mentioned 12 times in the Quran. Then we will surely bring you magic like it, so make between us and you an appointment, which we will not fail to keep and neither will you, in a place assigned." (Sahih International)
