Surah Al-Araf (7:149) Quran.com
And when regret overcame them and they saw that they had gone astray, they said, "If our Lord does not have mercy upon us and forgive us, we will surely be among the losers." (Sahih International)
Surah At-Tawbah (9:49) Quran.com
And among them is he who says, "Permit me [to remain at home] and do not put me to trial." Unquestionably, into trial they have fallen. And indeed, Hell will encompass the disbelievers. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Anam (6:59) Quran.com
And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him. And He knows what is on the land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but that He knows it. And no grain is there within the darknesses of the earth and no moist or dry [thing] but that it is [written] in a clear record. (Sahih International)
This is the end of the list. سُقِطَ was only mentioned 3 times in the Quran.
