Surah Al-Anbiya (21:28) Quran.com
He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive. (Sahih International)
Surah An-Nur (24:55) Quran.com
Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient. (Sahih International)
Surah Al-Jinn (72:27) Quran.com
This is the end of the list. ٱرْتَضَىٰ was only mentioned 3 times in the Quran. Except whom He has approved of messengers, and indeed, He sends before each messenger and behind him observers (Sahih International)
